Who is Altrom?
Altrom Canada Corporation has 15 locations distributing import automotive parts across Canada. Altrom has three main distribution centers (Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal) and thirteen branch locations from coast to coast. Altrom also has buying offices located in Europe and Asia. -
Does Altrom have a jobber program?
Yes! Altrom acts as a distribution warehouse to jobbers and it supports dedicated customers with tailor made programs providing industry improved availability of import parts. Please contact your local sales representative for more details. -
What makes Altrom different from OE dealers?
Price! While we are not allowed to use or show packaging with brand names and logos from original equipment manufacturers (OEM), Altrom offers the same original products. Dealerships receive their parts from complicated distribution channels, which affect cost and pricing. Altrom sources directly from the same factories who are supplying automotive manufacturers, thus cutting costs. These cost savings are passed on to our customers. -
How does Altrom handle warranties?
Accessing product from OEM suppliers and factories, we know our products fit perfectly and are of first quality. Nevertheless, we understand quality control issues exist in all manufacturing industries. With this in mind we treat warranties with great respect and put continued effort to understand where and why premature wear or malfunction is caused. Altrom strives to work with business partners to solve all concerns in this area and provide confidence within the industry and the market. -

How do I open an Account at Altrom?

How do I retrieve my password or obtain a customer number?
New and existing customers can gain access to our online catalog (with order functionality) by contacting their local sales representative or the closest Altrom office. If an account number or password needs to be modified, we will give it to you by phone. For security reasons, customer numbers and passwords are usually not given by email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that such information remains confidential. -
Can I order parts online?
Yes! All you need to have is a current account and a valid email address. Please contact our closest branch office. -
